Completed the acquisition of a minority partner interest in the company on behalf of a private REIT. Evaluated recapitalization alternatives, including raising project-level equity, entity-level equity, IPO or sale of the company. The company was ultimately sold to the largest shopping center REIT for $2.3 billion.

Represented a group of homeowners in the successful restructuring of a condominium hotel project. Negotiated a $20 million settlement of class action litigation with a major financial institution.
